Before you begin your MLS real estate search, we'd like to give you some "TIPS" to make your search more successful.
When you select the property features you desire, keep your parameters as broad as possible. For example, a 3/4 bath (one with a shower but no bathtub) does not show up as a full bath in the Multiple Listing Service database. So, if you limit your search to two or more baths, homes with 1 3/4 baths will not show up in your search.
The public MLS database includes only residentlial property and is usually updated each weekday, not including holidays.
Most new listings will not include pictures. It may take a few days for a picture of a new listing to be uploaded by the listing agent. If you see a property that you are definitely interested in, contact our office and we'll get more information to you.
If you want to receive email updates of listings that meet your parameters, you will need to provide your name, telephone number and email address so that we can supply you with that information. Your privacy will be respected (please see our privacy policy).
The Multiple Listing Service limits the property lisiting information made available to the public. Please call our office for more information if you find homes that interest you.
