He specializes in luxury homes in the Santa Maria and the Five Cities areas, worked in the construction field for 12 years prior to earning his real estate license and has been in residential real estate since 1988. In the last ten years, he has sold more houses in the Santa Maria area than any other agent. In 2000, Eddie Stanfield received the highest honor in the Century 21 system when he became the 56th person in the world to be inducted into the Century 21 International Hall of Fame.Significant to his success is the fact that 80% of his business comes from referrals from highly satisfied clients.
